Verified Renter I've been a resident for more than 7 years and I feel at home and safe at the Victorian apartments. Through the years office managers have been friendly and responsive professionals. I think you get good value for your money when you consider location, amenities and professional services. I wouldnt have been here this long if I was dissatisfied.
Great location and property manager I love the property manager Marrion. I had to choose between two TLC properties to live in and I chose the Victorian because Marrion laid everything out for me clearly. She told me EVERYTHING there was to know about what my experience would have been if I chose The Victorian.
Great Place, Location and Property Manager! I have lived at the Victorian for about a year and it is a hospitable place. The property manager is very friendly, maintenance work gets done in a timely manner, and the residents are quite friendly.
Meh. Rent keeps going up, Elevator often out of service, no "real" business center.. just the lobby. Super convenient location, fast response to issues, super small. 1 bedrooms are more so a closet, beautiful renovations, water, electricity, etc are about $12 a month added into your rent, charged for paying rent online.
Great Pricing This place keeps getting better. They're renovating this place to really look like something you would find in a magazine. Personally I love it I do wish for better parking and an actual business center.
Not impressed The building itself is fine, you get what you pay for. It's maintained and clean, though the elevator is frequently out of service. It's the staff with whom I'm unimpressed. I submitted two work orders last week for a tub that continues to clog and a cockroach in the building. Radio silence. I suppose the disease carrying bug and my tub are a lesser priority given the fact that the entire building's electricity went out yesterday. I've also had two packages go missing. Terrible Service There have been two office workers in the first floor office in my short time here, and they have both been extremely unprofessional and rude. I have been yelled at for random things i didn't know about and they keep adding new rules. Halfway through my year they banned pets from the elevator, without any notice and I live on the top floor. The building is run down and they do nothing about it. There are much better apartments in the area for the same price. Worst management I've ever seen.
