Unfortunately my Mom was only there for 3 months before she passed a way . But the time that she spent there she was extremely happy and she claimed that the staff was very friendly and nice and always tried to do good for everyone that lived there...

My mother moved into The Village at Northridge when it first opened. It was very impressive. It looked like a hotel. She couldn't wait to get involved with Bingo, crafts and the other extra activities there. The honeymoon period ended a few months after she moved in and has continued to decline over the years. They have turned over management staff 4 or 5 times since my mother moved in. This wouldn't be a problem except when they make promises and then are not there to follow through and of course new management knows nothin... read more
