The staff at the Villages at Pecan Grove are extremely friendly and try their best to answer any questions within a timely manner. On top of that, the staff also provided me several pictures of an apartment layout that would look almost identical to my own, which made the whole process easier on me. Verified Renter Pecan Grove is a safe, friendly community. I recently learned that apt complexes called 'villages' have a more spread-out layout of their buildings. I didn't know that when I moved here, but it is a nice feature. I look out on nice landscaping and not just another building. I enjoy folks of all ages walking by that I gradually have met............mostly while putzing with plants on my patio. Verified Renter The apartments are spacious - with several unique features - such as a laundry room, a separate utility room and a patio - every apartment has a patio. Also, we have regular pickup of trash and recycles from our front door - saves a great deal of hassle. Also, the buildings and the breezeways, stairs, etc. are power washed one a year - keeps everything looking fresh. And, safety measures include the checking and maintenance of alarms and sprinklers.
