Verified Renter Very responsive and friendly staff. The areas are well maintained for lawn and landscape. The common areas are kept clean at all times. If there's a maintenance issue the response time is very fast and the service requests are done right.

Verified Renter I've lived here for a year and my experience has been great. The community is quiet, there is plenty of parking and the pool area is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is prompt. The complex is also very close to many bars, restaurants, breweries and supermarkets. I will be renewing my lease.

Verified Renter The Villages at Pecan Grove provide beautiful, clean, and homey units with amazing facilities in close proximity to Downtown Holly Springs AND Downtown Fuquay Varina. The staff is excellent. They are extremely friendly and respond quickly to any question you may have. I would 100% recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know!
