Verified Renter I have been renting at Villages at Pecan Grove for almost a year, and am extremely happy with being here. Apartments are comfortable, quiet, clean, and the grounds outside are kept immaculate, as well as the pool. It's a friendly complex, and the staff from the maintenance crew to the property management are courteous, prompt and professional. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for well appointed and centrally located place to live.

Verified Renter Very responsive and friendly staff. The areas are well maintained for lawn and landscape. The common areas are kept clean at all times. If there's a maintenance issue the response time is very fast and the service requests are done right.

Verified Renter I've lived here for a year and my experience has been great. The community is quiet, there is plenty of parking and the pool area is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is prompt. The complex is also very close to many bars, restaurants, breweries and supermarkets. I will be renewing my lease.
