Verified Renter The amount of space in my apartment is equivalent to a small house - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a coat closet, closets in each bedroom, a utility room, laundry room, kitchen-dining room combination plus the living room and patio. The ceilings are high making the place much less claustrophobic than routine apartments.

Verified Renter I relocated to Holly Spring from Illinois. Since I was relocating from such a far distance, I didn't have the luxury of seeing an apartment in person prior to signing my lease online. The staff at the Villages at Pecan Grove are extremely friendly and try their best to answer any questions within a timely manner. On top of that, the staff also provided me several pictures of an apartment layout that would look almost identical to my own, which made the whole process easier on me.
