Verified Renter needed 6 month lease which was available at Pecan Grove. My experience has been nothing but excellent. Response to service request have been met in an exceptional timely manner. Grounds and buildings are maintained regularly, and the residents neighbors are respectful of each others space. The amenities are in abundance for both children and adults. Verified Renter The quality of neighbors has been good so far - with the exception of the family that lived over me during my first 6 months. So far, there seems to be a minimum of rowdiness. Maintenance responds promptly to requests for service. I like the socials and food trucks.

Verified Renter We found The Villages at Pecan Grove while driving down 55. Fiona was very friendly an helpful. We chose to move in because of the great location and all of the ammenities! We have been living there for about a month now and love it! Our daughter loves the play ground, looking for turtles in the pond and is especially excited about the pool opening!
