Home sweet home The Villas staff made my first time moving easy and affordable. They had a great move in special at the time, which worked out great! I was able to get a great remodeled apartment and I love it!

Quiet place This is a quiet place to live. Maintenance is a little slow in response except for in emergencies. Office staff is extremely nice and helpful. I don't see a bug problem, but I also keep my house clean.

long term resident I have been living here for 8 years and I enjoy every day of it. I like it her because we have 2 pools . we have a play ground, we have a basketball hoop. we have a volleyball net. I have my own laundry room in my apartment which I really enjoy a lot.my kids live here and they love it here to, and also my grandkids live here to right behind me which I enjoy cuz I see them every day. I sure don't plan on moving because I like it here.
Great Place to be Absolutely love living here. Apartments are spacious. Quite area, area for kids to play and pets have their own areas as well. Very friendly staff.
I've lived there for over 8 yrs' Rent is not that high, but still as safe as you can be any where. they maintain the place well, any problems are taken care of quickly. I've enjoyed the place the whole time I've been here.
resident villa at yorktown New tenant. So far so good. My apt. was just remodeled and it was done well. Management responds quickly to any needs I may have. I love the location being close to the highway. Close to Brookside. First apt I've lived in, in over 20 years. Thanks for asking for my opinion. Hope it helps..
