Great Place to Live I have been here since November 2016! I love it!! Great residents! I love the improvements going on. My dog loves the dog park and the room to be able to walk in the grass!! The office staff and maintenance know what they are doing and are so friendly! I could not ask for a better place to live!!
the Villas at Yorktown I have lived here for 6 months now and find that the people are really very nice in this complex. my dog and I walk every day to the dog park and playground. there is also a big field she can run in chasing the squirrels. the management here are really nice as well. always upbeat and happy to help you out. it is a great to place to live check it out.
One year update... I rate a 5 stars excellent happy with my stay! Quiet and peaceful area. Grounds are always clean, which says a lot.
Lived here 8 years and still going strong! My family has lived here for 8 years. Once my daughters were grown they moved out and rented their own apartment home here. The office & maint respond to my needs and the large park on the back of the property and the two pools in the summer keeps the grandkids happy. Plan on staying for another year at minimum. Also, love that there is plenty of parking!

Great place to live staff and workers are awesome Great place to live everyone should check out the villas . The maintenance do great work and the office staff always there to help you out with any situation. Highly recommend
I LOVE IT HERE I have lived here for close to 7 years and I love it. It has a community feel to it and it's quiet. It's right off the highway so I can get where I need to be efficiently. They are now doing a lot of renovations and it's looking beautiful!
Love living here! I've lived here for 4 years now and I have nothing bad to say about it. The office staff is helpful and friendly and the maintenance staff takes care of my work orders fast and efficient. I love that I don't have to pay a pet fee per month and they have a area where I can take my dog. Over all I love living here!
Villas of Yorktown I love these apartments. No kind of bug problem & always come on time to fix anything!
