The Warming Store was created in 2008 by two cousins who did not like the cold. Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. Last fall I oreder a pair of heated glove liners to help combat my Raynaud's Syndrome. The liners were quite expensive (from a company called Mobile Warming) but necessary. They arrived promptly, but I could not get them to heat up, and there were no written instructions included with the liners. I tried calling the Warming Store but was unable to get through (after being "on hold" each time, the call "timed out" and I got a dial tone), something I have never experienced before. The heat controlling device with our Gerbing jacket quit working, and to exchange it for another one is frustrating where you buy another one and ship the old one back. That's not efficient for me at all!
