Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. The warming store said they would send me an email with my order information and have not received that email or receipt. I give them my email.
The picture on your website shows the heating element of the socks go 1/2 way up the top of the foot but in reality, the heating element only goes a little past the toes. This is totally misleading.
I ordered the Mobile Warming Heated Jacket including battery pack. Although the jacket is very nice and fits well, the battery pack was not enclosed! I called customer service to verify battery came with the jacket and was told yes it should have been with jacket. I am returning because I am looking for a liner to wear under my leather jacket and this just doesn’t work for me. I do appreciate the enclosed return label!

I found The Warming Store from a Google search for Black Diamond Contact Strap Crampons. I never viewed any other Warming Store merchandise, as I merely sought the crampons. Their price for new crampons is by far the lowest.
The only confusion is that the 10% discount was not shown in the cart after I agreed to get emails and the message read that I would get 10% off
Was not happy or impressed I would have bought more but the glove liners were out of stock in my size, the base layers were out of stock in my size.
