The Warming Store was created in 2008 by two cousins who did not like the cold. Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. My previous mitts were getting quite old, so it was time to buy some new ones. I wanted some just like I had, so I ordered them again from The Warming Store. The color that I had was lavender, so I wanted a different color. I was disappointed that my only choices were lavender, charcoal or blue. I didn’t want a dark color, so my only choice was blue. Great selection, reasonable prices!
Customer service, on-line support VERY weak. Understaffed, did not know their products. Pricing was good. What is store return policy, unused with tags???
The Warming Store is a great place to but unique cold weather items. I did not even know there were such things, till I found their site. I needed warm mittens for my husband & something for his boots to keep his feet warm. I'll be back!!

I have a pair of Cabela's gloves and I recommend your product to people because Cabelas does not show they carry them anymore or replacement batteries.
