Not a bid deal. I just needed a replacement set of gloves.
Item arrived ahead of published schedule. Used once, and very pleased, second time one hand wasn't as warm as expected, will try a different outer glove.

The warming store has what you need to get rid of those freezing toes. I just purchased 2 pair of heated socks and some heated insoles.

The prices were really good and they had an item I haven't been able to find elsewhere. I was unable to apply a coupon code even though there was a message on the order that said the coupon was applied. The discount did not reflect on the order, that was the only issue.
The items purchased were because I was not aware that these items did not come with my initial purchase of heated socks.
I really can't answer any questions until I receive product.
