The Warming Store was created in 2008 by two cousins who did not like the cold. Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. Order was delivered on time and was correct. I have used customer service for my first order as my internet was running slow and it would not let me pay by PayPal. Second order went through and used Oaypal. Products are as advertised and are quality. I ordered the Yak Trax ice cleats. They are of a good quality and delivered in a timely matter.
It's hard to find my size most of the stuff is sold out in a variety of sizes also it's hard to know if the stuff I already own will work off the same batteries as the new stuff I'm trying to order it would be nice to know what is compatible with the stuff that I currently own
The checkout says $5 flat rate always available yet only option is 3-5 day priority for $36. I'm in Alaska not Taiwan we get US mail and flat rate shipping. Shipping was almost more than the item I purchased.

He always has cold feet especially in the winter when he is hunting and shoveling snow all winter long. You should have better shipping options with expected guaranteed dates
The website was easy to use and the gloves are for my husband who is a motorcycle deputy who is out in the cold. I know he'll love them!
