Order was delivered on time and was correct. I have used customer service for my first order as my internet was running slow and it would not let me pay by PayPal. Second order went through and used Oaypal. Products are as advertised and are quality. I ordered the Yak Trax ice cleats. They are of a good quality and delivered in a timely matter.
It's hard to find my size most of the stuff is sold out in a variety of sizes also it's hard to know if the stuff I already own will work off the same batteries as the new stuff I'm trying to order it would be nice to know what is compatible with the stuff that I currently own
The checkout says $5 flat rate always available yet only option is 3-5 day priority for $36. I'm in Alaska not Taiwan we get US mail and flat rate shipping. Shipping was almost more than the item I purchased.

You should have better shipping options with expected guaranteed dates
