Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. I wanted the torch outII but they were not in stock. also the coupon discount 10% did not work

Had what I was looking for. Disappointed in possible color choices left. It doesn't look like the color of of the pair on the website was ever available

Need more descriptions about your product and be specific on the items. Like the heated apparel.... Where specifically is the heating elements? Tips of toes, fingers, etc
Found an item i really could not find elsewhere. Slow and expensive shipping is biggest downfall.
“May” answered the phone and answered all of my questions. She recommended a product and helped me with sizing. Didn’t steer me to the most expensive thing. Checked that they were compatible with ski boots. Told me to feel better, i have a cold. All told three minutes and the exact reason why I went to you and not amazon.
