The Warming Store was created in 2008 by two cousins who did not like the cold. Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. The web site was good but I had questions and got great service quickly with a phone call - very good considering it is the week before Christmas.
Only problem i have had with gerbing products is the strain relief on the batteries; they fail over time exposing bare wire to bare wire. Hopefully, these have been redesigned since I last purchased a set of gloves.

The only issue with the purchase, I did not see how many days the different shipping charges represented. The different choices did not tell me how many days the shipment will take. I don’t know when the product will arrive. Not the biggest deal but it could matter.

There are no filters to limit page results. I needed to find only gloves that were waterproof. I needed to know how long each glove would last or its battery size. I needed to know if the item was in stock in that size or not.... All of these things were not possible for me to quickly review. I had to manually open each items page and read the description of each item. This was sometimes difficult as each different company description page was arranged differently.
