The Warming Store was created in 2008 by two cousins who did not like the cold. Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. I ordered some replacement batteries the gentleman who was referred to as a manager took over the conversation when the regular operators were unable to answer my questions he totally understood exactly what I was talking about he supplied my need I am very happy with the service that I received and the courtesy from the warming store thank you very much
Easy to find what I was looking for. Tried to pay with Amazon twice and it didn't send me anywhere and just cleared all the typing in had done. Frustrating, but I just did it manually. Overall, a positive and smooth purchase/process.

Product is fantastic. Site is clean and easy to navigate. I wish they offered information on sizing. I got a coupon right away for 10 percent off. There were plenty of reasonably priced shipping options. I wish the options were clearer about guaranteed delivery date. But overall a very positive shopping experience.
