Tech took time to explore problem I have been putting up with regarding extreme temperature difference in my kitchen. He suggested he come back in Nov and explore duct work in crawl space. My kitchen is much colder than rest of rooms and hotter in summer.

Technician was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. We talked about putting an air cleaner on the system and he explained how it works and we agreed; he installed the system and we are happy with the results. Will be calling for our Fall tuneup
