First-Rate Service! In the past 2 year, I had some major heating and air issues. My 14-year-old furnace crack and was leaking carbon dioxide in the house - very dangerous according to the Fire Department. Thiele came by the same day to inspect. I worked with the sales crew and arranged for the installment of a new high-efficiency gas furnace that fit my budget. It was checkup time on my annual maintenance plan. I feel like they always do a really thorough inspection and have been great about heading off problems. Definitely a money saver AND knowing the furnace and AC are in good working order is a great feeling with Indiana's wild temperature swings!
Friendly and efficient.
I had a fairly complicated boiler and water heater replacement. They communicated well and were knowledgeable on boilers which is hard to find these days. I feel confident that if I have any problems with my new system, they will take care of it! So far, it's lovely to have consistent heat and water again and glad we went with them.
