Alex Roberts came out and got my heat going. I woke up on the coldest day of the year with wind chills at -30 and NO HEAT in my house. My thermostat said 50 degrees.... is Alex is very knowledgeable and polite. I am so relieved, because I'm supposed to have some folks over Christmas Eve dinner and would have had to cancel, but Alex saved my life!!! Many thanks for your company maintaining high standards. The humidifier is not working as it should. If it can’t function with it being directly wired to the furnace I may want to have it reconnected to its original thermostat
