I was very pleased with the technician that came out to look at the old furnance. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a new furnace. The salesman who came out later that day was very nice, professional, friendly and knowledgeable also. I did decide to use another company but would highly recommend Thiele and will use them in the future.
The serviceman was pleasant, cordial and competent. I couldn't ask for anything more.
We had been dealing with the HVAC system shutting itself off intermittently for many years, especially in cold weather. Our “fix” had been to force the system away from the heat pump and onto the gas furnace in the fall. With the last change Thiele made the system has been running continuously and switching between heat pump and furnace properly. Thanks for making that change.
