The first service contractor did not fix the thermostat problem. He tried to fix it but couldn't get reading to diagnose the issue. He accepted the check from us for the service call but did not fix the problem. We had to call back to Thiele to schedule another service tech to come out again to check the thermostat and the service tech could not get the diagnostics to work either but ordered a new thermostat and came back in 2 days and corrected the problem. We were quite happy with our new tech.
The tech did a great job explaining how our boiler system worked.

I thought the service tech was polite and knowledgeable. The salesman was pushy and annoying. I did not appreciate him camping out in my kitchen until I finalized the deal. He also made promises that have not been kept
