Rep was very thorough and explained things about our furnace and now it works.
The tech came on time. Checked and double checked the unit.. He serviced the unit then checked it again. He talked to me to see if I had questions then was done…. All went smoothly.
First the company was very quick in responding. Then the Attendant was very knowledgeable and manarable. He knew what he was doing.
Very professional service person who found some leakage in my A/C and got it fixed for a very low cost. A/C worked great after that.
