Mike was great in listening to my concerns as well as dispelling them. Ended up everything works like it should. Just wish I had a gas furnace instead of an electric heat pump.
We requested ahead of the visit that the technician look into why some parts of the house were colder. And we wanted options for replacing our thermostats (2-story house and dual zone) with easier to use version. Received no feedback on heating issues, and got a quote for a single thermostat by model name with zero details. And turned out not to be the right kind. Jason followed up on nthermostat topic, which was appreciated. But overall lost confidence in technician and visit.
