Service on time and efficient. Very pleasant service professional.
I thought the service tech was polite and knowledgeable. The salesman was pushy and annoying. I did not appreciate him camping out in my kitchen until I finalized the deal. He also made promises that have not been kept
Next day install, was fast and clean working with in 2 hours

I just had a Brother Team "Scott and Rob" from Thiele do an install. I have been a field service sales engineer for over 20 years, and I could tell these 2 guys were on there game. These 2 did a incredible install and were very professional and quick. I could tell they had great insight and the install was perfect. Salute to Thiele having Scott and Rob on there team.
