On time, efficient, communicated well, and I liked he said I really did not need an additional service I thought I might need.
Came and went with barely a notice they were here Workmanship is great and Mike is the best.
Only reason for not 5 stars: Have found 3-5 sheet metal screws on and around my driveway, yard and inside. (Fortunately not in a tire that I’m aware) Also, duct work and line set was not reattached back up to the bottom of the floor joist. Also during sell, no mention of a cash discount until we brought it up
Mike is very good. Took the time to really get to the problem. Followup was free of charge. Great service.
