Tech made adjustments, took pictures of what he did and tried to sell me a new humidifier on 2nd visit & I had to take the humidifier off & put it back on, water supply hose wasn't in properly and leaked. I fixed it. Did the tech reset the furnace fan speed? Previously I had a tech turn up the fan speed for better heat circulation & now I think the furnace fan speed was turned down because my house feels colder than before.
Technician was courteous and careful while servicing our furnace. We will look forward to him returning in the spring.
