Great meal start to finish - salad portion could have been a bit more but food was great.
Just got off the train with my wife and looking for a place to eat. Went to my Open Table application and found Thom Thom. We did not know what to expect as restaurant is on side block north of Sunrise Hwy. The Sushi, Steaks, Salads, and Service were great. The restaurant was busy but our 6:15 Saturday reservation was right on time. Bar drinks came within a few minutes and appetizers and dinner shortly thereafter. i have been here many times and the food is always good. This past Saturday we had a reservation however the place was so crowded they had everyone sitting on top of on another. We had a n 8:15 reservation, at 8:30 they sat a group of 8 next to so close that the gentlemen who had his back to me had the hood of his coat on our table in our bread bowl. It was ridiculous. the food was good but so crowded you couldn't hear the person next to you & the staff couldn't get through to provide service.
Six ladies out for a birthday dinner, unfortunately there was no heat!
The food was absolutely delicious and service was great. Although it was crowded we did not feel rushed.
It took a little waiting before anyone even acknowledged we were in the restaurant. Once we sat we again waited sometime for a waitress to even swing by. I decided since we had already waited to go ahead and order a pitcher of sangria so that I wouldnt have to wait all night for a 2nd drink like my husband did. Appetizers were good- sushi was fresh and tasty although not a huge selection. we watched 2 more couples come in and wait at least 2 minutes without even a hello. Food is consistently good. I especially love the duck. I'll be back soon.
My boyfriend and I came here for Valentines Day. They had a prix-fix menu for $55 and it was delicious. We had a great time with great drinks! I highly recommend!
