The food was not as good as I expected. The lobster bisque was rather tasteless and the béarnaise sauce for the steak did not have a good taste. Also, they only service one type of pinot grigio by the glass, and it wasn't good so I had to switch to chardonnay. Considering the prices, I expected more.
They didn't rush you and very agreeable
Food was very good. I got a spicy tuna roll, standard, well-prepared. I also got the cheese ravioli with shrimp, it was terrific! We had to ask for more pita bread so we could dip it into the sauce! My date got the small filet mignon and said it was great. The potatoes that came with it were nothing to brag about, but still good. Try the lemonade-type cocktail.
This was our first time eating here. My filet mignon was excellent, my wife's entree was also very good. We also ordered the dumpling of the day (it was pork dumplings), which was also quite good. Dessert was just okay.
Tried this restaurant for the first time and will soon be going back! The Bang Bang Shrimp is a great appetizer! Hope you like spicy! The Caesar salad was light and delicious. The twin lobster tails were superb while the Skirt Steak was the best I've ever had. Followed the advice of the waiter and didn't add extra glaze to it because it tasted like it had been marinating for a month. So full of flavor. Excellent place that I highly recommend. Went at 7pm. By 8pm it was getting pretty packed up.
Food consistently very good. Always a great experience.
Very enjoyable meal, good sized portions. Sushi is fresh. If it is crowded, it can be quiet noisy; last visit was on a Monday evening, so it was not crowded and noise was at a minimum. I used an Amazon local deal here and there were no issues at all, the service was great, the only caveat was you can not order from Prix Fixe menu using those deals.
This was our first time at this restaurant , upon walking in I wasn't so sure I would like it. However the wait staff was wonderful and the food was amazing. We ordered their signature dish Osso Bucco and the filet minon, everything was impeccable. Their side dishes of roasted mushrooms and the mashed sweet potatoes were delicious. The wine was great and the service was good. I am a resident of Suffolk county, however I will be sure to get back out to Thom Thoms.!,
Service was a little slow in the beginning but the very friendly wait staff made up for it. Food was excellent! The toasted pita with 3 different toppings on the side was a delicious and original change of pace from traditional bread and butter. The porterhouse steaks were cooked to perfection and very flavorful, even without the free dipping sauces provided. All in all an enjoyable experience.
