17.75 a quart for oill you can buy yourself for 5.50 a quart,Out of your mind, “looked at my truck and told me I didn’t have a leak. Low and behold get home and truck is leaking oil. Take your money to Tallahassee ford way better results. Bunch of crooks

HIGHLY DO NOT recommend. Did not purchase my vehicle here but had the motor repaired here for the second time at 83000 miles. Same issues as the first repairs on motor at Bozard Ford at 50000 miles. Thomasville Ford service manage at the time , Josh, assured me that it was fixed and that the parts they replaced were under a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty. They had my truck for about a month they kept telling me so many different things wrong with it basically giving me the run around finally have my truck and all my lights are still on and they over charged me for something I didn't ask them to fix but they did anyways now I'm having to be reimbursed from another dealership because of something I never asked them to fix horrible service they will never see this truck again

Horrible service. My car sat there for 7 days on a recall. The part was ordered on Tuesday and was told it would be fixed. I call 4 days later and was told I was next it would be ready at the end of the day. No loaner car for 7 days with 2 baby's at the house. When I get up there to get the real story I was told to get out of his store. All for a recall that I was told would be fixed. The service manager lost his cool and was very unprofessional.
I have had my car in approximately 4 times with the same issues but they seem to not be able to duplicate the problem. Took it back the last time with an error code and was still told they couldn’t fix it. Service manager is rude and talks to you like you don’t know anything.
The service department is very over priced and and the manager is rude. I knew this years ago. So disappointed in myself for giving them another shot (and out $265 for absolutely nothing!).

I took my car in on Friday morning expressed that was my only means of transportation asked if someone could call me to give me a status to let me know what was going on with it no call , needless to say I was without my car until yesterday I kept calling to find out the status nothing so I returned to the dealership on my lunch expressed that I needed my vehicle before on Monday by 3:30 that didn’t happen ended up paying 272.00 for a rental and over 379.00 in repairs customer service skills were awful and very unprofession... read more

The people are good to you when you are thinking about buying a car and then once you get home, they could care less. I bought a car and needed some work done for paint chips, it took 5 months to get fixed. Every time I call to speak to the salesman or finance person, they will not answer the phone.

Thomasville ford refused to repair the rear window track the 2015 F150 they sold us, that fell off. they said someone put double sided tape on the track and they would not fix it. The truck was never service by anyone but Thomasville ford on the window track. so ether they are lying or they put the double side tape on the window track prior to selling me the truck in oct 2015... either way this is a horrible way to treat the customer they refused to fix it even if we paid for the repair.
