This place doesn't really deserve one star. If you take a chance and take your vehicle here to get repaired, it might leave out worse than it did before you took it in. On top of that, they don't take care of your property and fix it back like it was when you took it there. I can say this, because thus is what happened to me. But never again. I'm going some place I can trust, and don't try to tear your vehicle up in order to charge you more money😡
Worst customer support and communication
We will not be taking out car there again!!! Gave them a call to see about having a key programmed. Was told that they weren't busy and if I could come right then, it would only take a minute. A 2 hour wait to get a key programmed,,,,, REALLY??
This is in regards to the Service Department. Went in for a mandatory Service appointment due to a recall on the driveshaft for my 2015 Transit. My van was in perfect working order when I arrived. It was also due for an oil change, so I requested it done while there. The Representative was overly friendly, courteous and accommodating - no complaints there. The service staff made it perfectly clear that they had no real desire to serve me or identify and fix the issue on my warrantied Fusion. It was their attitude more than anything that was so off-putting.
I really wish y'all would have plugged the A/C drain line back up on my Ford Edge when you replaced our heater core and A/C blend door. It would have kept me from having to vacuum 2 gallons of water out of my passenger floorboard. I aught to send you a bill for my time and supplies to clean this mess up.
