I bought my car here three years ago, a 2018 Ford Edge. Loved it absolutely loved it, until this past year, I was having problems with it and what I thought was a small issue turned out to be a bigger issue. If you’re thinking about ordering a new vehicle save yourself the headache and order from another ford dealership. After waiting 4 months for the truck that I specifically ordered that was only suppose to take 2 months I was charged more than originally quoted, wasn’t able to use a rebate that they assured me I could, and did not have the spay in bed liner that I was charged for but no one wanted to do anything about it but tell me that ford raised the MSRP on the truck and I had to pay extra in the freight. Do not take your vehicle to be serviced here.... My Dad has been without his truck now for over 2 weeks with very little communication. He just recently contacted corporate about his issue, so hopefully we will get answers soon. Watch out for the elderly bc they will take advantage of you. The tech wanted to drive my Dad's truck home to keep a "check" on it.

I previously gave this dealership 5 stars but as of today I am reducing this to 1-star only because you can't leave ½ star. I have been trying to get a replacement key for a vehicle and apparently they have had difficulty programing. But the only way I found out was to make 5 + calls with no call backs. Recently called and waited on line for the service manager, Buddy, but he never responded. Left a message for him to call me but still no call back. Very poor communications from these folks. I sent the following email to both your General Manager and a Managing Partner, neither of which had the courtesy to reply. Apparently the problem is company wide. "To whom it may concern: I recently purchased a brand new, 2020, F-150 from a dealer in my home state. The card with the five-digit code for the keyless entry was not in the glove box. Poor service department! My daughter’s 2015 explorer has leak around sun roof has been brought in three different times to repair, the third time today. Has cost her $600 so far and her time still not fixed. Said same thing on your messenger page and no response. Please repair her vehicle!

I purchased a brand new, 0-mile 2019 Ford Escape June 2019, and at the end of December my check engine light came on. My car went for engine repairs in February 2020; the short block had to be replaced. My car was at the dealership from February until June. I left the dealership and got about 20 minutes up the road, and had to pull over because the dust shield under my car came off as I was driving. I had to sit and wait for a tow truck. Do not.trust this service department. I sought diagnosis of an issue with my car, and was told I needed, at minimum, a new clutch. They said it would be $2000, and possibly more if there were other parts that had to be replaced once they "got in there". I took my car to a different dealership that serviced my transmission and did a few other minor things, costing me $350 instead of $2000! I tried contacting management at the dealership to discuss this, and noone ever returned my call. My car now runs like new. I will ne... read more

I traded in my truck and purchased a F150 over a month ago . The first week I received several calls from service department wanting me to bring my truck in that I just purchased for servicing . Second week , I received another round of calls and they finally decided there was a recall .
