I don't recommend this place anymore So, this is my 75$ review, which will make sense. We have lived here for alittle over two years and it has been pretty good. No major issues with neighbors, amenities are pretty good and the supporting staff to administration has been fairly good. The apartment is spacious and it feels more like a home than just an apartment. So far it's been a pretty quiet neighborhood, well kept common outside areas and valet trash has been consistent. Our apartment was move-in ready and we received the keys in a timely manner.
I love Thousand Oaks! It’s beautiful and it’s own little community within itself. Office staff are all wonderful, helpful and happy. There’s so much to like here, it’s impossible not to feel at home. I’m so blessed to be here and call Thousand Oaks at Austin Ranch my home!
I emailed our property manager Christina Behnke with some concerns and she went above and beyond contacting me quickly and came up with some solutions and made me feel validated and safe, and quite frankly warm with her genuine concern. I’m so happy to have lived here 5+ years and it’s people like her that make this community as great as it is!
I live here for two months and l enjoy my apartment maintenance comes out quickly the office they are always available the neighbors are nice and dog friendly so if you’re looking to move here great place
I have lived here for a year now and it’s been absolutely amazing. The community is wonderful and the people that live here are very kind I say it’s like living in pleasantville. It’s very quiet and very dog friendly. Gym and parks and trails are fun! They hold gathering and do special events and food for us residents the office people care a lot about us! We have lived here going on 3 years and we have had an excellent experience! Staff is attentive, with plenty of events, and maintenance is quick and efficient. Also, shout out to Sharon in accounting for being so personable and caring to us when we needed to resolve an issue. She is definitely a source of consistency and professionalism.
Just wanted to give a wonderful review to Alex ioannides...She was very Informative and knew her stuff I will definitely be leasing at this apartment complex because of her and how much I see that this staff really cares
