Brianna Lefall has been the absolute best leasing agent I have ever worked with. I told her what I was looking for and she found me exactly that plus some for the price range I was wanting. She is also super responsive and professional and always makes you feel welcomed. Super sweet and great at what she does! I haven't been the easiest customer, so her patience has been greatly appreciated! Highly recommend her.
I can’t say enough good things about Thousand Oaks and Jalen, who helped me through the whole process. I had very specific requests and he went above and beyond and helped me find the perfect apartment. Even after moving in I have received nothing but excellent customer service. Maintenance is quick and usually responds within a day. Will continue to recommend Jalen and Thousand Oaks.

I am absolutely in love with this community! I have been here for over 2 years and from the amenities, shops, convenience store, property events, maintenance, and response time from the staff...it's just GREAT! I have had the most pleasurable experiences with Christina and Minnie via email and over the phone when they call to let me know to expect maintenance. I've truly had the best experience with this community and I look forward to renewing my lease for an extended length of time.

I moved in about two months ago and to say it was the right choice is an understatement. Austin ranch offers resort style pools, volleyball courts, walking trails, etc. I love it here and I won’t be leaving anytime soon. I’ve already met so many amazing people here. Jordan helped us out big time finding the right apartment and was very patient doing so. If we need anything I know he’d be on top of it. I would recommend meeting with him if you’re looking for a place! :)
Jalen helped me out a lot. Love everything about my new townhome. He was always reachable and able to work with my time frame.
