I have been living here for 6 months now and I love it. If I have had any questions or concerns, Jalen has been able to answer or help me out in a very timely fashion every time! It is assuring to have someone that attentive and helpful as a resource!
My family and I, probably like many others, relocated from ATL blindly, so to speak back to DFW. We were unable to do a face to face tour, but thank God for Jordan; he sent us great quality photos and videos; he made sure that we were informed and we truly felt that he had our best interest at heart without even meeting him physically. We love our new apartment and have been beyond satisfied with the communication from Jordan as well as our move-in coordinator. The property is gorgeous!!
Apartments are very reasonable. They keep the grounds very clean, not to mention it's a beautiful community with so many trees, flowers, and trails. People clean up from their pets mostly. Mgmt is very quick to respond. The maintenance request response time has been immediate for anything I've needed. Moved during Covid so the move-in response & communication was a little broken.
