Dan was extremely helpful doing our refinance. He answered all questions in a timely manner and assisted us doing all the paperwork. Dan stayed on top of the process the whole time to make sure it got done quickly for us. Can't say enough good things about the help from him. I would definitely recommend using TILA to anyone.
