Dan was very helpful in securing a first time buyers home for my wife and I. He was patient and explained all the questions I had throughout the process. I'd recommend him for as my loan officer and plan to refinance with him in the future! (to get a better rate!)

From the very first word right down to the nitty-gritty of the loan process Ryan was there every step of the way with a very courteous and professional attitude. I now live outside of Washington state but still own my house in Seattle. When my wife and I decided to refinance this house' the first Mortgage company that came to mind was TILA mortgage.
