Dan and his team were wonderful from the very first contact. Dan was so helpful in explaining in “layman’s terms “ how to scan and send necessary documents and how to download documents and how to E-sign our documents. They are very thorough and made the process so easy.

Dan and Nazra are extremely thorough and professional. One of the fastest closings I’ve been through in just 17 days. They followed up after sending emails for me to fill out paperwork and walked me through the process. Even the notary was impressed that all the paperwork was filled out correctly, as she said she usually finds common mistakes. From the beginning to the end it was an easy process, I will definitely use Dan’s services again if needed and would recommend him.

Dan made it an easy experience and Dan and his asst Nazra kept me informed and helped me through the whole process! The Escrow company they work with was super helpful as well, so I would easily recommend. I had contacted NewRez as they had bought my loan from Home Street, but they were all email during the hours of their call center and not quick about getting back to me when I had questions, so I started looking elsewhere and found Dan and TILA and glad I did!
