Ryan Richen is professional and very knowledgeable. He educated us on every possible option until we found the perfect loan for our family and situation. I highly recommend Ryan! We had a fairly complicated loan contingent on a sale that had a lot of moving parts and despite it being one of the most stressful times in our lives Ryan always made us feel at ease and was extremely responsive whenever I had questions or needed to get advice regarding our whole situation. Even though Ryan and I never met, he was real personable on the phone and broke down the terms of my mortgage of what I was paying, and what I could be paying. Peter and his team are amazing! This is my third home purchase and first one with my husband. Peter walked us through the entire process. He helped with our offer by contacting the seller's agent with reassurance. He answered several texts at odd hours about our worries on credit issues. He answered all my calls, emails, and texts quickly. The close was fast and very efficient. We could not be happier with the service!
