This was my first home purchase and I dread to think how different it could have been had I not worked with Peter and his amazing team at TILA Mortgage. The whole process was comfortable, I was very well informed and felt like I had a true support team partnered with me the whole way. Amazing service, knowledge and experience.

Peter has been an absolute pleasure to work with! He and his team are diligent, thorough, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer questions. After helping my parents refinance their home, and hearing how happy they were, it was clear he was a rockstar. Peter made my first time home buying process seamless! Dan was great to work with. He made understanding how the process works. He was also quick to call or email me whenever something was needed and the. Would get it taken care of. Any and all questions I had he had anwers for and always got back to me very quickly. Thanks again Dan!!

My husband and I refinanced our mortgaged loan to include the second mortgage which has a higher interest rate than the first mortgage. Ryan was able to give us the same rate we have from the first mortgage and combined the two mortgages thereby resulting to a reasonable savings for us. We like his approach and he even called me even if he is on vacation. He understands his clients well and very efficient in putting together the loan documentation. i am not suprised why Peter has 5 stars revews. I cant thank him enough for helping me get my new home. As a first time home owner, i knew nothing prior talking to Peter. Peter and his staff helped me though the whole process efficiently. He and his team responded to my email very quickly and took care of the required documentations fast. As a first time homebuyer, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Wendy. She took the time to walk me through each decision and provide clarification when needed. She presented a variety of options and helped me choose the best financing program for my needs. She also provides weekly updates on interest rates if you are interested.
