We cannot say enough good things about Peter!! We were working with an extremely short time period on the purchase of our new home. Peter got our loan to closing within 5 business of being under contract on our new home. Peter was so helpful and kept us apprised of what was happening at all times. Buying a home is such a stressful time especially around the holidays. Peter made it an easy/stress free process for us. He also was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way.

Working with Ryan was great. I was going through a refi, which I found out, to my surprise, was the same process as an original mortgage. They were able to work with me in getting all the information and signatures online so I was able to complete the whole thing with a minimum of effort and never had to leave home until the final escrow appointment. I highly recommend Ryan and his team. They are nice people and fun to work with. Great rate too.

As first time home buyers my husband and I had a ton of questions and concerns when purchasing our home. With each question Ryan was prompt and thorough in his responses. I felt like Ryan was on our side throughout the entire experience and it really made this such an easy process. Everyone said Purchasing a home is one of the most stressful experiences and that was NOT the case with us. Wendy jumped in on behalf of TILA after our original lender left the firm. She was very responsive in helping us put together an offer letter the same day. Our experience with Ryan was great. He was always available for questions, answered our phone calls and emails quickly. Very knowledgable and forth coming with information that helped us know the best course of action for our refinance.
