As a self employed carpenter and Army veteran I wasn't sure how the home buying process was going to go for me. Tim was a huge help in securing and closing my homes on the Cape. Unlike other banks and brokers, he was super responsive on a pinch and even available on weekends and holidays when the timing was critical. I definitely recommend working with him to buy or refinance your home.

I had zero credit. He worked with me to establish credit and to find lenders that were willing to work with my situation. He always returns my calls and text. After we cleared on the house we remained in contact. He let me know when the rates dropped to refinance and save a considerable amount of money each month. He is the first person to send me a Christmas and birthday card every year. Truly a stand up guy and professional.
