My husband and I have used Tim twice, the first time was when we purchased our home in 2017 and now in the fall of 2019 for refinancing. We travel for work a lot so we are not around often to sign the closing documents. Tim and his team have worked with our schedule and for our benefit. Tim and his team are extremely efficient and knowledgable, we highly recommend his services.

Tim was very available to communicate with. Text, talk and email. He was kind and courteous, and when asked explained any and all steps of the process. He was a recommended to me, and I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family. He was 10/10.

Tim was great to deal with from start to finish. extremely smooth process. closed in 30 days just as he said we would. any time i had a question he was there quickly to answer and explain clearly. i would recommend tim to anyone of my friends and i plan on using him again in the future.

Tim was the best, he worked so hard to speed along our home buying process. Went above and beyond to help us close on our house, and answered every question along the way. I feel like we had a million questions, and everything that could possibly be an issue was; but Tim rolled with the punches and really made this whole process super easy.
