Like many others, my husband and I underwent very difficult times during the financial crisis of 2009. Everything went very smoothly from begining to end. This is my second mortgage loan that I have taken out with Tim. He got me the best rate!! He knew exactly when to lock in the interest rate. I had many questions for Tim and he responded to every one of them within a few minutes, even on weekends!! I would highly recommend Tim to take care of your mortgage needs.
