Tim is very knowledgable he answered all of our questions right away and got us a very competitive rate. He is able to shop multiple lenders to get the absolute lowest rate which is huge. I highly recommend Tim.

Tim was very helpful and always answered my questions promptly. By being a first time buyer I asked plenty of them. Lol. Tim also helped me decide what was best for me with a VA loan or a conventional. He always made sure to explain everything so I could understand it. He still checks in with me even after the purchase of my home. He's always available for questions and whatever I need. Highly recommend.

He helped us through the whole process and we enjoyed working with him. He is very professional and cares about helping his clients. We were able to drop our interest by 3 1/2%! We appreciate how much time he put into helping this loan go through. He always explained everything so well that we knew what was expected next.

As a self employed carpenter and Army veteran I wasn't sure how the home buying process was going to go for me. Tim Barr is also a veteran and has used the VA home loan for his own house and was very familiar with the process. He walked me through it step by step and was always prompt with responding to emails, texts and phone calls. Being self employed also presents its challenges when dealing with the lenders because they want all their T's crossed and I's dotted. Highly recommend Tim for loan services. He was upfront and easy to communicate with. He listened to where i wanted to be in terms of how much i could comfortably spend each month. As a first time home buyer he was able to break things down and explain in laymen's terms for me. Tim made the loan process very easy while making sure i would be financially secure in the loan amount i was receiving. I would refer him to anyone that was looking for a lender.
