We have worked with Tim the last two times we've purchased a home. He has always had our best interest in mind and worked around the clock to make our loans happen. He is easy to communicate and so knowledgable. He answered all of our questions (and there were many) in a timely fashion. He also worked against tight deadlines to get everything in order and made it happen. He helped us get into our DREAM HOUSE and we are forever grateful! Any and all questions we had through the mortgage process were answered promptly and professionally. Tim always had our best interests in mind and continued to find us the lowest rate for the closing. I would highly recommend using him and homestead mortgage!

We were fortunate to be referred to Tim and he was excellent. Tim is very organized, very honest, extremely competent and a pleasure to work with on our loan. It was complicated but he was able to get it done!
