I had zero credit. He worked with me to establish credit and to find lenders that were willing to work with my situation. He always returns my calls and text. After we cleared on the house we remained in contact. He let me know when the rates dropped to refinance and save a considerable amount of money each month. He is the first person to send me a Christmas and birthday card every year. Truly a stand up guy and professional.

Everything went very smoothly from begining to end. This is my second mortgage loan that I have taken out with Tim. He got me the best rate!! He knew exactly when to lock in the interest rate. I had many questions for Tim and he responded to every one of them within a few minutes, even on weekends!! I would highly recommend Tim to take care of your mortgage needs.
