Tim was great. He was able to help us through the entire process without even meeting.
Great communication and responsiveness from Tim and Will. I think I could have gotten a slightly lower interest rate from another lender, but I’m not sure the closing process would have gone as smoothly as it did with another lender.
Tim was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of our questions and kept us informed of the progress of the loan. He made the process less stressful.

Thanks to Tim and his team, we were able to purchase the house of our dreams. The communication was incredible. If we had any questions, they were quick to answer. This was my first time buying a house and I had no idea what I was doing. Tim and Will walked us through every step of the way. It made purchasing a house easy. They made sure everything ran smoothly. If I buy another house or have to refinance, Tim and his team is who I’ll choose to work with.
Will was an excellent communicator and I felt like he was on our side from day one. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a home mortgage.
