Great communication and responsiveness from Tim and Will. I think I could have gotten a slightly lower interest rate from another lender, but I’m not sure the closing process would have gone as smoothly as it did with another lender.

Tim is very good at explaining things and made us feel confident in VIP mortgage and its processes for helping us in this competitive market. He called the listing agent personally and talked to her about us as buyers. He also has his own underwriter, which made the process fast.
