Tim is so knowledgeable and up to date with all aspects of real estate and mortgage. He made the process as simple as possible for us. He worked with our financial planner, accountant, and insurance and real estate contacts to put together a complicated loan in a very timely manner. He was so great to work with. I would highly recommend him to friends and will definitely use him again for any future mortgage needs.

Tim and his team are always on the ball with my clients making sure that everything moves smoothly through the entire process! They keep in contact with both myself and my client from beginning to end no matter whether they are first time home buyers or seasoned home owners! They are the best!!
They were EXTREMELY fast! I was absolutely shocked and didn’t expect them to keep the original close date we had on a prior home that fell through because we were a week removed. They pushed things through and communicated quickly for a great closing!

Happy to help and answer any questions. Only thing that made it a little hard at times is a couple of misunderstandings. Whether it was communication or items that were outstanding, it caused a few headaches that made it slow. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
