Tim and Will are great communicators. The team they have assembled are efficient, clear communicators and timely. Their fees for closing are competitive and the lower I had seen. They work in a way that there are no hiccups when you close, so supportive, and no questions are dumb questions - which is so nice when you are a first time home buyer!
