Tim and his team, including Will, were very responsive, helpful, and understanding with all the challenges that come with buying a house from overseas. I had been working with another mortgage company who unfortunately did not have much experience with veterans and had become concerned that perhaps they weren't the right fit. A friend of mine recommended Tim and it was immediately apparent that he would be great to work with. Everything was explained clearly, handled on time, and accurate.

Tim was wonderful at explaining the loan process, and I felt comfortable asking for more clarification on things I didn't understand. Will was awesome at fielding myany (many!) questions along the way as well. I can't thank you enough for making such a stressful time, an exciting time!
