I was a first time home buyer. Tim, Will, and their team took very good care of me. They walked me through all the processes and answered any questions I had or my family had. They were awesome to work with, making a stressful process less stressful.

I think Tim and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were not too intrusive or demanding and handled every aspect of the house-buying transaction with a high-level of understanding, patience, and expertise. Closing was quick and easy. It was without a doubt...the best experience I could have expected, no surprises, always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend their services to anyone, I know I will use them again.
Tim was referred to me by my son who had a really good experience with him and his team, choosing Tim for our mortgage needs turned out to be a great decision. Tim was able to get us a low interest rate and either him or someone in his team always had time to answer any questions that we had throughout the whole process. Overall, I felt Tim and Will were looking after my interests. I felt a level of trust with them that made my family very comfortable with the process. Tim exhibited personal interest to ensure the process went as smooth as possible for us, and explained it thoroughly as we moved through it. Further, he was postured to not let outside influences (such as the VA appraisal concern) delay closing. He was great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.
Buying a house can be a roller coaster ride, but financing your loan through VIP Mortgage is smooth sailing. Great people dedicated to meeting your needs, excellent service, fast turn around, constant communication keeping you in the loop. Can’t recommend VIP Mortgage highly enough.
