I contacted the team about financing needed. I had a 5 week timeline or I’d have to find temporary housing until closing. The team made it happen, even over the holiday time! Communication was outstanding and easy. At no point did I feel lost in the process. Thank you!

Tim Hart and his teams communication was excellent. I had a weekly phone update, a weekly email with a flow chart showing our status, and a list of documents needed and received. Tim and his team offered service you just can’t find anymore. We were very pleasantly surprised. They helped make a somewhat challenging process due to COVID as smooth as possible.
