Tim Hart and his teams communication was excellent. I had a weekly phone update, a weekly email with a flow chart showing our status, and a list of documents needed and received. Tim and his team offered service you just can’t find anymore. We were very pleasantly surprised. They helped make a somewhat challenging process due to COVID as smooth as possible.
Kimberly Lang was outstanding. Always taking the time to answer my ever ending questions. She was patient and thorough thorough out the entire process.
