We live in Ohio and were buying a house in Florida. Things are much different now than the last time we bought a house. It was very frustrating at times but Sean Carter was always available to help us or just listen to me vent. We would definitely request Sean if we were ever to purchase another home and would recommend him to family and friends!

I HIGHLYrecommend this company! Tim and his team helped my husband and I secure a mortgage when my first lender left us at the closing table. Tim and his team didn't waste anytime, they got right to work for us!! Their communication is unlike any other, its amazing!! They actually call you with weekly update. When something is needed (ex-well water test), they get it done in hours, not days or weeks (unlike my first lender who took over a month just to get the appraisal). Thanks again everyone!!
